Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Lumify Learn follows a clear and fair Withdrawal and Refund Policy. Students are entitled to a 10-working day cooling-off period from the date course access is provided. Within this period, only the non-refundable enrolment fee applies. After the cooling-off period, students remain liable for the full course fees.

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing using the official form, and refunds are processed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
